Clifford Lobo

Clifford Lobo's work experience includes various roles in engineering and manufacturing excellence. Clifford served as the Global Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence Director for Synthomer, where they were responsible for capital expenditure, engineering standards, and project execution. Clifford also held the position of Head of Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence, Asia, where they led the manufacturing excellence team and developed improvement plans for the Asian region. Prior to that, they were the Head of Engineering & Projects, Asia, where they oversaw engineering accountability for all manufacturing sites in Asia. Additionally, Lobo worked at PolymerLatex, where they served in various engineering and project management roles, including Project & Engineering Manager and Site Engineering Manager. Overall, their experience spans across multiple countries and industries, emphasizing their expertise in engineering and manufacturing.

Clifford Lobo obtained a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Aston University between 1996 and 2000. Clifford then pursued a PgDip in Business Administration at Birmingham City University from 2005 to 2007.
