Greg Constantino

Executive Director of Operations at SYRACUSE FOODSERVICE GROUP, INC

Greg joined The Wolak Group in 2017 after 24 years with The McDonald’s Corporation. During that time Greg had the opportunity to work at all levels of restaurant management, Area Supervisor, Remote Market Training Consultant and Franchise Business Consultant. In addition to his role as Franchise Business Consultant, Greg had the unique opportunity to lead several Corporate initiatives such as Liaison for McDonald’s Operators in Walmart, Regional Leader for the implementation of the Restaurant Operations Improvement Process and member of the Philadelphia Region Drive Thru Task Force that met at the Home Office test facilities. Greg received numerous awards throughout his career including Outstanding Mid Manager (Atlanta), Pioneer Award (Atlanta), Leadership STAR Award (Philadelphia), McOpCo Profit Award (Albany) and the Outstanding Manager Award (Albany). Additionally, Greg gained valuable insight and experience working as the Director of Operations overseeing the daily operation of a 14-unit McDonald’s franchise. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management and Economics from the State University of New York system. Greg and his wife Kristen enjoy traveling and exploring new places but as New York State natives, hold the northeast near and dear to their hearts. Greg is a certified “dog person” and loves spending time with their rescue dog Cooper. When not at work, Greg can be found on a golf course, hunting or camping in the Adirondacks.
