Rebecca Schweigard

Rebecca Schweigard currently serves as Vice President of Restaurant Excellence & People Development at The Wolak Group since March 2024. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at The Halal Shack from June 2023 to March 2024. At Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin Franchisee, Rebecca served in various roles from September 2014 to January 2023, including Director of Training & People Development, where leadership over training initiatives was provided for a vast network of over 300 restaurants and 9,000 employees. Rebecca also held the role of Regional Director of Operations, managing operations for 45 Dunkin’ locations in upstate New York, significantly improving cost-efficiency. Earlier experience includes various management positions at Red Robin, where Rebecca was instrumental in operational management, human resources, and new restaurant openings. Rebecca is also recognized as an Adirondack 46er.
