Erica Gagnon

Erica Gagnon is an experienced clinical operations professional with a strong background in managing complex clinical trials, including pivotal Phase 3 trials in hematologic malignancies. Currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Syros Pharmaceuticals, Erica oversees the execution of a global study in HR-MDS while ensuring that deliverables and budgets align with operational strategies. Previous roles at Catabasis Pharmaceuticals and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute highlight expertise in clinical trial management, CRO oversight, and regulatory compliance.
