Claus Andresen has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to Oracle development and application support. Claus started their career as an Oracle Developer at University Hospitals of North Staffordshire NHS Trust in 1992 and also worked as an Oracle Developer at Keele University, where they designed and implemented a clinical information system for the Nottingham Community Health NHS Trust. Claus then worked as an Analyst at Logica, designing an Oracle Forms-based airmail handling information system for British Airways. Claus was also a Systems Analyst/DBA at Rand Information Systems Ltd, involved in the development of an information system for a dental medical insurance company. Claus joined debis (Daimler Benz Interservices) as an Oracle Developer and assisted in implementing an Oracle Forms-based Order Processing application. Claus then worked at CSC as an Oracle Developer, involved in the development of an Oracle-based GSM Billing and Customer Care application. Claus joined O2 as an Oracle Developer, where they developed Fraud Management/Detection applications and implemented an interface to CRM systems. Claus then worked at Vodafone as an Oracle Consultant before joining Syscon Justice Systems as an Oracle Developer and later as the Application Support Team Leader, responsible for incident management, 3rd level support processes, and the maintenance of the Knowledge Base. Claus is currently working as the Application Support Lead and Oracle Developer at Syscon Justice Systems.

Claus Andresen earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computing, Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, Denmark in 1991. Claus then pursued further education at Keele University, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science in 1992, followed by a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Computer Science from the same university in 1994. Additionally, Claus has certifications in ITIL V3 Foundation in IT Service Management and Stepping up to Management, both obtained from QA Ltd.
