Ravi Kumar Kapuganty has extensive experience in various leadership roles in software engineering and program management. Ravi Kumar is currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Sysdig since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Twitter as the Director of Software Engineering in the Observability group, where they led the development of monitoring infrastructure covering metrics, logs, and traces. Ravi Kumar also served as a Senior Engineering Manager in the Observability group, where they managed the distributed cache infrastructure team and led core infrastructure initiatives. Before Twitter, Ravi was a Group Manager in Technical Program Management at Amazon Music, responsible for launching Amazon MP3 and Cloud Player services across multiple platforms globally. Ravi Kumar also worked at Nokia Mobile Phones as a Senior Software Program Manager and Software Development Group Manager, and at Mohomine Inc. as a Senior Design Engineer. Ravi started their career at Opus Software Solutions as a Technical Consultant and at Advanced Technology Labs Pvt Ltd as a Software Developer. Ravi Kumar holds a Design Engineer position at Kvaerner Process India Pvt Ltd.
