Carina Ronnfeld-Peters has extensive work experience in various director roles in the aviation industry. From 2017 to present, they have been the Director of Quality Management at SYSGO GmbH, where they are responsible for maintaining and administering ISO certified quality and information security management systems. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2015, Carina held multiple director positions at Star Alliance, including Director Training, Director Customer Experience, Director Customer Relations and Training, and Director Product and Regional Management. During this time, they developed and implemented compliance matrices and monitoring reports, improved irregular operations handling at airports, coordinated customer relations communication, and managed the implementation of regional work plans. From 1995 to 2001, they worked at United Airlines as a Station Operations Manager/Project and Quality Control Manager, and from 1994 to 1995, they were the Station Manager at Qantas. In these roles, Carina had overall responsibilities for personnel, budgeting, operational performance, project management, and quality management.

Carina Ronnfeld-Peters attended the Vocational School for Economic Assistant in Kiel, Germany, where they specialized in Foreign Languages and obtained a degree in Wirtschaftsassistentin für Fremdsprachen. Carina also received certification in ISO9001:2008 from SGS in 2009.
