Kirsty Ferguson

Kirsty Ferguson is an experienced Engagement Operations Lead at Systal Technology Solutions. Prior to this role, Kirsty held various titles including Associate Project Manager, Global Sales Support, Transition Programme Coordinator, and Human Resources Administrator. Before joining Systal, Kirsty worked as a Lifeguard and Swim Teacher at Hamilton Water Palace. Kirsty also volunteered as a Video Analyst for Glasgow Warriors, where Kirsty accumulated over 50 hours of experience analyzing footage from training sessions and games.
