It enables businesses to understand employee performance and correlate their productivity to operational metrics.  

Acadia has been deployed to clients of all sizes in the manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail banking, and field service verticals. In the last eight years, Acadia has supported hundreds of thousands of employees from the factory floor to distribution centers, in the field and in back offices around the world. 

The Vice President of Acadia Sales will have the opportunity to improve and grow our business development team. As a member of our Leadership Team, you’ll work with an experienced team of software industry professionals as we scale our rapidly growing portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.  

Essential Roles and Responsibilities 

  

  • Learn the product and client case studies for the first year by holding personal revenue targets and building your team

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Acadia capabilities and client case studies to build strategic business cases in target accounts

  • Recruit, train and mentor a team of consultative sales executives

  • Set sales quotas and industry segment targets by carefully analyzing sales capabilities, market conditions, and revenue goals

  • Develop and maintain executive relationships; understand and evaluate various client motivators and challenges to close new opportunities.

  • Monitor sales and performance metrics by closely tracking KPIs such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive measures to address them

  • Provide regular performance reviews and feedback sessions that provide guidance and support to Sales team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and client success to drive product enhancements and ensure that client needs are met.

  • Utilize your industry experience and network to introduce clients to best practice methods, models and techniques for improving business performance

  • Work closely with Acadia’s Client Success team to ensure long term impact within each Acadia client that you serve

   

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  

  • Demonstrated success Individually and leading teams selling software and/or services to senior executives in enterprise and mid-market prospects

  • Respected by prior clients for integrity and predictability; listens to and focuses on clients

  • Experience selling to operations professionals in manufacturing and logistics accounts

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment

  • A continuous learner, excited by the opportunity to help clients in disparate roles address a wide range of issues

  • Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal), create and present high value deliverables, proposals and presentations to varying audiences

  

Required Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Information Technology preferred

  • At least 10 years of software or consulting services sales experience with increasing levels of responsibility for larger accounts and transactions
