Stephen Nolan has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Desktop Support Specialist - Tech Prep Assistant at MaST Community Charter School. In 2008, they transitioned to ATD-AMERICAN as a Desktop Support Specialist. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at RadioShack. In 2011, they joined Comcast Business as a Customer Account Executive 3 and Executive Customer Relations Representative. In 2015, they moved to Comcast Cable as a Regulatory Specialist 2. In 2017, they returned to Comcast Business as a Project Coordinator, WAN Operations. In 2019, they worked as an IT Project Coordinator at Aramark. Finally, in 2020, they joined Razor Technology as a Customer Success & Delivery Manager. In 2022, they began working as a Service Delivery Manager at Systems Solution, Inc. (SSI).
Stephen Nolan began their education in 2005 when they attended the Community College of Philadelphia to study Architecture. Stephen returned to the Community College of Philadelphia in 2009 and earned an Associate's Degree in Information Technology - Management of Computer Information Technology in 2011. In 2014, they enrolled at Peirce College and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Network Administration and Information Security in 2021. During their time at Peirce College, they also took courses at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in 2016, studying Business Writing and Root Cause Analysis.
