Gilad Armon

Gilad Armon has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Gilad is currently the Director of Data Science at Syte, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at RightBound from October 2020 to February 2023, where they served as the Chief Data Scientist. In this role, they established a group of data professionals and implemented AI technologies to automate research processes.

Before joining RightBound, Gilad worked at Kenshoo for several years. Gilad held different positions during their time there, including Director of Data Science from 2016 to 2020, leading the "research social team" in 2015, serving as a senior data scientist from 2011 to 2015, and starting as a researcher in July 2008.

Gilad'swork experience also includes being an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at BVR Systems Ltd, where they developed AI technologies for defense products. Gilad worked at Samsung Electronics as a researcher from 2005 to 2007, and at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries as a drone operator from 2003 to 2005. Gilad also had a role as a Software Engineer at MAFAT (Ministry of Defense, Israel - DDR&D) in 2003.

Gilad Armon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University from 2001 to 2004. Gilad then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2004 to 2007.
