Msc Julia Kowalska

MSc Julia Kowalska currently serves as the Patient Experience Healthcare Manager at Medidesk since April 2024, focusing on enhancing relationships with healthcare facilities and maintaining the company’s positive image. As the CEO and Founder of FullCare, Julia has developed training programs for medical staff and initiated a health education podcast, along with coordinating patient care for chronic illnesses. Experience includes a trainee position in the psychology of somatically ill patients at University Hospital in Krakow and roles in different capacities such as Development Communications Manager at Małopolskie Kliniki Specjalistyczne and Mental Health Specialist at Zdrowie zaczyna się w głowie. Julia holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management from Jagiellonian University and is pursuing a PhD in Medical Science and Health at the Collegium Medicum UJ.
