Werner Kraus

Werner Kraus is the Chief Commercial Officer at T-Mobile Austria. Werner has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Werner started their career at Amdocs in June 2006 as the VP Customer Business Executive. In this role, they were responsible for revenue and EBIT including sales, account management, delivery and ongoing services for Deutsche Telekom Group in Europe.

In February 2005, Werner became the VP Business Operations Europe at Qpass Austria. In this role, they were responsible for the European operations including the integration of former ucp marketing and sales into the Qpass organization, establishing and managing the European professional services organization, service management, technical operations, European finance and HR.

Prior to that, Werner served as the Chief Marketing Officer at ucp morgen from August 2004 to January 2005. In this role, they were responsible for sales, business development and marketing, definition of target markets and strategic positioning, sales and marketing plan and overall business planning.

From May 2002 to July 2004, Werner was the Executive Director Marketing & Member of the Board at T-Mobile Austria GmbH.

Werner Kraus received their Master's degree in mechanical engineering and business administration from Technische Universität Wien with distinction.

Werner Kraus reports to Andreas Bierwirth, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board. They are on a team with Nathalie Rau - Chief Human Resources Officer, Alexandra Eichberger - VP, Change & HR Excellence, and Philipp Pohlmann - Chief Financial Officer & Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
