Beatriz Yrala Palacios

Beatriz Yrala Palacios began their work experience in 2005 as a Human Resources Information Analyst at Grupo Santander - Banco de Venezuela. In 2006, they worked as an Information Analyst at MERCER Human Resource Consulting. Beatriz then joined T-Systems Iberia in 2007, where they held roles in Human Resources Recruitment and Reporting. In 2012, Beatriz took on the position of Human Resources - Compensation & Benefits (Acting) at T-Systems Iberia. Beatriz later moved to T-Systems International Gmbh in 2013 as an HR Controller for the X-Change Program. Beatriz returned to T-Systems Iberia in 2013 to work in HR Controlling & Reporting. Beatriz ultimately became the Head of HR Services, a role they continue to hold as of May 2019.

Beatriz Yrala Palacios completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Dirección y Organización de Empresas at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued Dirección de Recursos Humanos in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at EAE Business School from 2006 to 2007.
