Thomas Murphy

Thomas Murphy has extensive experience in compensation roles, starting in 2011 at Mercer. Thomas initially worked as an Analyst from May 2011 to March 2014, then transitioned to an Associate role from April 2014 to June 2017. From April 2017 to June 2021, they served as a Senior Associate at Mercer. In 2021, Thomas joined TYLin as a Senior Manager of Compensation and later advanced to the position of Director of Compensation in January 2023. The end dates for their roles at TYLin are unknown.

Thomas Murphy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary. Thomas studied Actuarial Science, Economics, and Statistics.
