Ahmed Bakr

Ahmed Bakr, MBA, has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on finance and business development. Ahmed currently serves as the CFO and Corporate Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company. Prior to this, they held the position of CFO at Novartis Oncology, where they also served as the Director of Finance, Business Development, and Strategic Planning. Ahmed was also the Chief Financial Officer at Arabio - Arab Company for Pharmaceutical Products and the Regional Finance Director at Mundipharma. Ahmed has additional experience as the CFO, Director of Finance, Business Development, Market Access, and Commercial at Eli Lilly and Company. Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Ahmed worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Controller and Financial Controller, as well as in various roles at General Motors, including Senior Financial Analyst and Accountant. Ahmed Bakr, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Finance from Maastricht School of Management, which they earned from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from The American University in Cairo from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University, studying from 1995 to 1999.
