Kimberly Lunsford

As Tachyon’s Director of Human Resources, Kimberly is the company's go-to leader for "all things employee," including recruiting, hiring, employee relations, benefits, organization design, performance, development, training, and regulatory compliance. Kimberly is an HR professional with over 20 years of experience and an active member of professional organizations including SHRM, SHRM Atlanta, and HRMA (Human Resources Management Association). When she's not guiding employee relations at Tachyon, Kimberly works as an active volunteer of Camp Sunshine, a program that offers an infusion of love, support, fun, acceptance, and hope for children with cancer. She additionally provides volunteer services to the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. Additionally, Kimberly serves on the Advisory Board for Etowah High School Construction Program and partners with Community Programs such as Matiak Foundation and Goshen Valley Foundation.
