Hussam Abualfatah

Hussam Abualfatah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hussam currently works at TAD Total Facilities Management as the WEDO Section Head. Prior to this role, they were the B2C Business Development Team Leader at the same company.

Before joining TAD, Abualfatah worked at the Sudanese Congress Party, where they held multiple roles. Hussam served as a Member of the General Elections Committee and a Member of the Central Information Office. In these positions, they played a key role in designing and implementing internal communication policies and media strategies for the party. Hussam also served as the Media Secretary of the Sudanese Congress Party - Khartoum State, Jabal Awliya, as well as the Deputy Head of the Local Administrative Unit and Financial Secretary.

Abualfatah also has experience as a Chief Executive Officer at a Scooter Application for delivery services. In this role, they led the development and execution of a business model and strategy, directly managed operations, marketing, and social media, and communicated with developers for application development.

Additionally, Abualfatah worked as an Operations Manager at Mwasalat Plus, where they developed and implemented operations strategies and plans, oversaw the operations team, and worked on improving customer satisfaction. Hussam also assisted in writing the business plan and supervised its implementation.

Earlier in their career, Abualfatah worked at Marble Art Investment as a Project Manager. Hussam supervised the construction, financial, and final works of a hospital project and coordinated with subcontractors and consultants. Hussam also worked as a Site Engineer, monitoring the quality of construction works and implementing accounting systems. Lastly, they worked as an Architect, developing architectural designs and creating drawings for various projects.

Hussam Abualfatah attended the University of Science and Technology from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree in the field of Architectural Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in the following areas:

- In June 2012, they completed training in "3D MAX", "AutoCAD 3D", and "Photoshop" from the Dimes for Engineering's Practical Training Unit.

- In October 2012, they obtained certification in "Primavera" from the Dimes for Engineering's Practical Training Unit.

Furthermore, in December 2021, they graduated from the School of Social Democracy - Batch 2, offered by Friedrich Ebert Stiftung/Sudan Office.
