Director – Business Development, Strategy, Partnerships at TAD Total Facilities Management

Mohamed Abdelhamied Bakhit has a diverse range of work experiences. Mohamed began their career as a Senior Architect at Hayder A. Ali Architects and Building Consultants in 2003, where they worked until 2004. Mohamed then joined RM Architects and Consultants as a Design Manager from 2004 to 2008. During this time, Mohamed also founded and became a Board Director at PlanB Architecture + Planning in 2008. At PlanB, they were responsible for strategic focus, business performance, and quality initiatives. In 2008, Mohamed joined Farnek Services LLC as the Director of Business Development, where they established the Business Development department and oversaw the sales and bid process. Mohamed later became the CEO of TAD Total Facilities Management in 2013, where they played a crucial role in growing the company into a leading FM company in Africa with over 900 employees.

Mohamed Abdelhamied Bakhit pursued their education in a chronological order. Mohamed began their academic journey by attending Comboni College Khartoum CCK from 1983 to 1995, where they obtained their Sudan High School Certificate, also known as the Sudan Secondary Certificate. Following this, from 1995 to 2001, they enrolled at the University of Khartoum, focusing their studies on architecture and earning a Bachelor's Degree. Continuing their education, Mohamed furthered their knowledge in architecture by attending ETH Zürich in 2002 and 2003, where they pursued a Master's degree in the field.
