Natalie Farahan is a seasoned professional in community engagement and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Birthright Excel Community Engagement at Taglit-Birthright Israel since August 2015. Previously, Natalie held the position of Southern California Program Director at JIMENA: Jews Indigenous to the Middle East and North Africa from November 2013 to July 2015, and completed graduate internships at AJC: Global Jewish Advocacy and The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles between 2011 and 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in Jewish Nonprofit Management from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, both attained in 2013, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University, earned in 2010.
