Lieke Wouters

Lieke Wouters has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the field of pharmaceuticals and molecular life sciences. Lieke currently works at Tagworks Pharmaceuticals as a Research Associate since March 2023. Previously, from March 2022 to March 2023, they served as a Junior Scientist at the same company. Before that, Lieke completed a research internship in Biomolecular Chemistry at Radboud Institute for Molecular Life Sciences (RIMLS) from September 2021 to March 2022. Lieke also worked as a Docent Assistent at Studentvoordocent from March 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, Lieke held the role of Coordinator master promoteam en voorlichtingen at Radboud University's Faculty of Science from February 2021 to February 2022. Their prior experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Radboud University, where they facilitated laboratory courses for various bachelor programs such as Chemistry, Science, and Molecular Life Sciences from September 2019 to February 2022. During this time, they also served as a Student Ambassador. Lieke gained further research experience through internships in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Bio-Organic Chemistry at the Institute for Molecules and Materials - Radboud University from January 2020 to April 2021 and from April 2019 to August 2019, respectively. Lastly, Lieke worked as a Medewerker Horeca at Vakantiepark De Groene Heuvels from April 2016 to August 2019.

Lieke Wouters began their education in 2010 at Maaswaal College Wijchen, where they completed the VWO onderbouw program until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Stedelijke Scholengemeenschap Nijmegen, where they pursued the Natuur en Gezondheid/ Natuur en Techniek field of study and earned their VWO degree. Lieke then enrolled at Radboud University in 2014 and completed the Pre University College program until 2016. Lieke continued their studies at Radboud University from 2016 to 2019, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Life Sciences. Currently, from 2019 to 2022, Lieke is pursuing a Master's degree in Chemistry of Life at Radboud University.
