Marleen van Stevendaal has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and research. Marleen started their career as a Committee member at V.C.M.W. Sigma in 2013 and held various roles within the organization, including Chairman of the committee for social events and Secretary of the study committee. In 2014, they served as a Commissionar of board activities in the Executive board of V.C.M.W. Sigma.

Marleen also gained valuable research experience during their academic years. From 2016 to 2017, they completed a Master thesis in targeted drug delivery at Radboudumc, where they helped set up a model to study the transport of targeted nanoparticles and their uptake in a multicellular spheroid model. As a Student assistant at Radboud University from 2016 to 2018, they contributed to a project involving the functionalization of elastin-like polypeptides with nanobodies.

In 2017, Marleen pursued an internship at Synthon, where they worked on identifying host cell protein impurities in a recombinant therapeutic monoclonal antibody. Marleen contributed to the development of a method to identify impurities using mass spectrometry.

Most recently, Marleen joined Tagworks Pharmaceuticals in 2023 as a Scientist. Overall, Marleen's work experience showcases their strong background in pharmaceutical research and their ability to contribute to diverse projects in the field.

Marleen van Stevendaal completed their education in the field of Molecular Life Sciences. Marleen obtained a Bachelor's degree from Radboud University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree at the same university, specializing in Human Biology within the Molecular Life Sciences program. Marleen successfully completed their master's studies from 2016 to 2018.
