Emma Allen

Emma Allen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various regions, including APAC and EMEA. Currently serving as the Global Head of People and Culture at Tag since May 2020, Emma has successfully supported over 450 employees in key markets such as Singapore and Australia, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational HR practices. Prior to this, Emma held significant roles at Citi, including Regional HR Business Partner Vice President, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented to enhance regional talent development. Emma also has a strong foundation in HR policy development, process implementation, and project management, with previous positions at Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, Capita, and the BBC. Academic credentials include a master's degree in Human Resources Management and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ulster University.
