Aya MONDEN, PMP

Aya Monden, PMP has over 15 years of work experience in project management and clinical operations. Aya currently serves as an Associate Director and Global Project Manager at Taiho Oncology, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, they have held various positions at Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. including Associate Manager and Project Manager from January 2017 to September 2020, Senior Chief of IIT Support Division in 2016, Chief of Clinical PMO from April 2014 to December 2015, and Senior Staff in Clinical Operation from November 2007 to March 2014. Aya also has experience as a CRC at Health Net Co., Ltd. from April 2006 to October 2007, and as an SMO-Establishment Coordinator and CRC at Med solution Inc. from April 2005 to March 2006.

Aya MONDEN, PMP has a strong educational background in health sciences. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences from Osaka University in 2003. They further pursued their education at Osaka University Graduate School, where they earned a Master's degree in Health Science from 2003 to 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Aya MONDEN has obtained various certifications related to their field. They became a Nurse and a Public Health Nurse, certified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in 2003. Moreover, in June 2020, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
