Seth Foster

Seth Foster has extensive experience in a variety of roles within the entertainment industry. In their current position as the Head of Global Compliance at TAIT, Seth leads the Global Compliance team and manages the company's insurance program. Seth is responsible for developing and improving company policies and standards, as well as overseeing operational activities and implementing effective controls for risk management.

Prior to their role at TAIT, Seth held various positions including Vice President of Global Project Administration at ITEC Entertainment, Universal Creative Senior Show Producer at NBCUniversal, and Vice President of Business Development-Attractions at WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. Seth also worked as a Show Producer for Universal Creative and served as the Project Director for Universal Studios Dubailand.

Additionally, Seth has contributed to the field as an advisor to the College of Design, Construction & Planning at the University of Florida and as Vice President of Operations at Technomedia Solutions. Seth has also ventured into the real estate industry as an owner and consultant at SF Realty Partners.

Seth Foster holds a Certificate in General Course with a focus on Economics, Economic History, and International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Seth also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport. Additionally, Seth Foster obtained the certification in Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers V3.4 from Traliant in July 2022.
