Megan Reiplinger

Megan Reiplinger has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Megan currently serves as the Global Head of Customer Training at TAIT, where they are responsible for designing and managing the training platform for the company and its customers. Prior to this, they worked as the National Training Manager at Claro Enterprise Solutions, overseeing the training and development team and implementing innovative learning solutions. Megan also has experience in training and coaching sales teams at Windstream Enterprise and NuVox, where they held various roles such as Regional Training Consultant and NuVox University Corporate Trainer. Additionally, they have worked as an Account Executive at both NuVox and FDN Communications, as well as a Client Consultant at ATS Health Services. Throughout their career, Megan has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and leadership development, contributing to increased revenue and sales performance.

Megan Reiplinger earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from the University of Central Florida between the years 2000 and 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from the same university, from 2012 to 2015.
