Rabia McFall

Rabia McFall has a strong background in employment law and has held several notable positions throughout their career. Rabia currently serves as the Director & Counsel, Employment for Take-Two Interactive, Inc., where they support various game entertainment producing studios. Prior to this role, Rabia worked as the Vice President and Senior Employment Counsel, Labor and Employment at Guaranteed Rate. Rabia also gained experience as an Employment Law Associate at both Ogletree Deakins and Seyfarth Shaw LLP. In addition, Rabia has taught as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of California, Davis - School of Law. Rabia began their legal career as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
