Adelaide Cowton is the Founder and CEO of Obras de Arte, a shoe boutique specializing in handcrafted loafers. Adelaide currently serves as the Head of Growth at Tala. In the past, Adelaide has held various roles at Wayfair, including GM of Promotional Campaigns and Associate Director of Global Site Navigation. Adelaide also has experience in merchandising and product development at companies like L.K.Bennett and The Red Brick Road. Adelaide holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geography from The University of Edinburgh.
