Rosario Letelier

Rosario Letelier has extensive work experience in the legal field. Rosario is currently working as a Legal Counsel at Talana since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Abogada at Chilexpress from August 2021 to October 2022, and as an Asesoría Legal y Compliance at Servilegal Chile from November 2020 to July 2021. From October 2012 to September 2020, Rosario held the position of Abogada Jefe at ALTO, where they led the judicial and compliance area, managing, processing, litigating, and analyzing a high volume of criminal cases. Before that, they worked as an Abogada at LegalChile in 2011, specializing in Siniestros y Fraudes. Rosario also has experience as an Abogada Laboral at Estudio Jurídico Solis in 2010, where they handled labor cases, including common procedures, tutelage, and trade union procedures. Lastly, they worked as a Procuradora at McLarens from March 2009 to January 2010.

Rosario Letelier's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the Universidad Andres Bello. Rosario pursued a degree in Law and successfully completed their studies in 2006. In 2010, they furthered their education at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they obtained a Diploma in Labor Law and Social Security in the Company.

In 2014, Rosario Letelier attended the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile again and completed a Diploma in Criminal Procedural System. Their educational journey continued in 2020 at the Universidad del Desarrollo, where they earned a Diploma in Compliance and Corporate Governance.

Their latest educational pursuit is a Master's Degree in New Technologies Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023. Throughout their education, Rosario Letelier has focused on different areas of law, including labor law, criminal law, compliance, and new technologies law.
