Kristie Foster

Kristie Foster possesses extensive experience in utilization management within the healthcare sector, currently serving at Talbott Recovery Campus since October 2019. Previously, Kristie was the Director of Utilization Management at US HealthVest from January 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 15, staff development, training creation, and increasing both length of stay and revenue. Prior to that role, Kristie served as a Utilization Coordinator at Ridgeview Institute for 18 years and also held the position of Case Manager, focusing on high-risk populations and fostering communication with clinical specialists. Kristie holds a Master of Science in Conflict Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University.
