Julius Cichon's work experience begins in 2008 as an Intern in International Sales at Porsche. Julius then worked as a Junior Analyst at Merrill Lynch in 2010. From 2011 to 2015, Julius served as an Investment Manager at Munich Private Equity Partners, where they helped manage global private equity funds. In 2015, they became an Entrepreneur in Residence at Mcubate GmbH, a startup incubator, where they stayed until 2017. In 2017, Julius became a Co-Founder of Taledo, a platform connecting professionals with digital roles at leading companies and startups.

Julius Cichon pursued their undergraduate education in a chronological order, starting from 2007 to 2009 at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University. Julius earned a Bachelor's degree in International Management during their tenure at the university. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2011, Julius attended Northeastern University, where they focused on Finance and International Business, culminating in the completion of their Bachelor of Science degree.
