Saniya Khan

Saniya Khan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Saniya currently holds the position of Head Coach at Taleemabad since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager (Talent & Wellness) at Tabadlab from January 2022 to December 2022. Saniya also served as the Learning and Organizational Development Manager at SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd from July 2021 to December 2021. Additionally, Saniya had a short stint as the Head of Human Resources at Rapidev DMCC from April 2021 to June 2021. Before that, they held multiple roles at PTCL, including Manager (HR Strategy & Special Projects) from November 2019 to May 2021 and Assistant Manager (HR Strategy & Special Projects) from November 2018 to November 2019. Saniya also worked as an Assistant Manager (Organizational Excellence) at PTCL from August 2016 to November 2018. Prior to their time at PTCL, they worked as an HR Manager at RJ Group of Companies from August 2015 to July 2016. Saniya's earlier experience includes working as a Relationship Manager at Kaswa Power in collaboration with NIE (National Institute of Electronics) from October 2014 to March 2015, and as a Trainer at COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology from January 2013 to January 2014, where they trained around 700 students in confidence building and communication skills.

Saniya Khan has a diverse education history. Saniya obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management from COMSATS, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (BCE) from COMSATS Institute of Information & Technology Abbottabad, covering the years 2005 to 2009. Saniya also attended Army Burn Hall College for Girls Abbottabad from 1992 to 2005, earning their Pre Engineering degree (FSC).

In addition to their formal education, Saniya has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they completed a Motivation Coaching course from Udemy. In 2020, they acquired certifications in Convo Collaboration and Communication Solution from Convo.com, Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). In 2019, Saniya attended a Design Thinking Workshop organized by PTCL. Prior to that, they participated in the Developing Managerial Excellence program in 2018 and The X Factor: Leadership Mod in 2017, both conducted by PTCL Academy Islamabad.
