Richard is currently the Vice President of Operations at Talent Corporation, where they oversee operations and supports the company's skilled workforce. Prior to this, Richard held various leadership roles at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., including Vice President and Director of National Projects.

Richard Webb, CSP, has a diverse education history. In 1991, they completed their Associate's degree at the College of the Sequoias. Following that, from 1993 to 1996, they attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Taxation. In 2008, Richard pursued an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including OSHA 30 from the US Department of Labor OSHA in February 2017 and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association in March 2016.
