Cleo Benusiglio

Cleo Benusiglio has had a diverse range of work experiences. Cleo began their career in 2013 as a Hostess and Front Office Specialist at Azzurro Service, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they briefly worked at EF Education First as a Course Leader, responsible for supervising and guiding a group of Italian students during a study-vacation trip.

In 2018, Cleo joined Consultora Jazmín Mendoza as a Recruiter and Coaching Intern, gaining experience in recruitment and coaching. Cleo then moved on to Talent Search People in 2019, where they have held several roles. Cleo started as an International Recruitment Specialist, responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for both national and international positions. In 2020, Cleo was promoted to International Recruitment Coordinator, where they managed a team, supervised KPIs, and handled internal recruitment and onboarding. In 2021, they became the International Recruitment Lead, overseeing the Native Speakers Department and participating in decision-making processes. Currently, Cleo holds the position of Business Director at Talent Search People, starting in 2023.

Throughout their career, Cleo has demonstrated a strong ability in team management, monitoring processes, and conducting client meetings. Cleo has also gained experience in direct search, scrutinizing performance metrics, and conducting face-to-face interviews.

Cleo Benusiglio completed a Master's degree in Training and Development of Human Resources from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca from 2016 to 2019. In 2016, Cleo also attended EF Executive Language Institute for an English course. Prior to that, Cleo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II between 2012 and 2016.
