Lyn Niemann has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lyn started their career as a staff writer at Liberty Suburban Chicago Newspapers in 2000 before becoming a reporter at Chicago Tribune Media Group in 2003. In 2010, Lyn transitioned to freelance film/television production, where they worked on various reality television shows and productions for Viacom, including "The Voice" and "Teen Mom." Lyn also gained experience as an intern in post-production/finishing at Towers Productions in 2010. Lyn joined Salem Media Group in 2014 as a promotions coordinator, where they played a vital role in growing the company's broadcast brands. In 2019, Lyn became a digital onboarding coordinator at Salem Media Group, later transitioning to a digital onboarding specialist role. Currently, they are working at Talent Systems, LLC as a support specialist, and subsequently, as a global enterprise support specialist.

Lyn Niemann completed an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Film/Broadcast from Tribeca Flashpoint College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
