Michael Redden

Michael Redden has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael currently holds the position of Vice President, Sales and Partnerships at Talent Inc. starting in June 2021. Prior to this role, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of FlashRecruit, a company acquired by Talent Inc., from May 2017 to May 2021.

Before their time at FlashRecruit, Michael worked at CareerBuilder for six years. Michael held the position of Area Vice President - Enterprise from November 2014 to May 2017, and prior to that, they served as the Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise from January 2012 to November 2014. Starting in November 2006, Michael worked in various sales positions at CareerBuilder.com, including National Account Executive from January 2010 to January 2012, Major Account Executive from October 2008 to January 2010, and Senior Account Executive from November 2006 to October 2008.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills, strategically steering and deepening relationships with key Fortune 1000 accounts. Michael has also shown an ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and collaborate with different departments within organizations.

Michael Redden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at the University of Iowa from 2002 to 2006.
