Mike Ricciardelli

Mike Ricciardelli is the current President & Chief Revenue Officer at Talent Inc. Mike has also served as a Member Board of Directors for RKD Group, Precision Nutrition, and C-4 Analytics, LLC. In addition, they have served as an Advisor to the Board of Directors for Reimagine Holdings Group.

Ricciardelli has extensive experience in fundraising and marketing services. Mike has partnered with leadership teams and Boards of Directors to facilitate the delivery of impactful marketing and fundraising services to hundreds of nonprofit organizations. Mike has also utilized a multichannel approach to accelerate net revenue growth, build long-term donor relationships, and drive online and offline engagements and donations for mission-driven organizations.

Mike Ricciardelli attended Belmont Hill School for high school and then went on to study economics at Middlebury College, where they earned their BA.
