Monique Campbell-Dayes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Monique started their career at Canada Health Infoway as a Document Manager Coordinator from 2005 to 2007. Monique then joined RBC as a Sr. Business Analyst & Program Coordinator from 2007 to 2011, where they played a key role in managing the Contingent Workforce Management Program. Monique later worked at eHealth Ontario as an Implementation & Adoption Program Coordinator from 2011 to 2012. Monique returned to RBC and held the position of Manager, CWM Systems & Reporting from 2012 to 2015. Following this, Monique joined RBC as Manager, Supply Base Management from 2016 to 2018, where they oversaw the involvement of suppliers within the Contingent Workforce Management Program and implemented strategies and initiatives. Monique then briefly worked at Scotiabank as a CWM SME in 2018 before transitioning to Manulife as a Program Manager for the Contingent Workforce Program from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Monique holds the role of Director of Implementation and Training at TalentNet since November 2022.
Monique Campbell-Dayes completed a Diploma in Office Administration from Sheridan College from 2000 to 2002.
