Doug Poldrugo

Doug Poldrugo has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and military industry. Doug is currently the Founder-Principal and Current Principal Owner of Talentscale, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Talentscale provides services in support of military aircraft maintenance, modification, and logistics programs. They offer turn-key life cycle support and sustainment at various levels. Most of their highly skilled technical professionals are veterans. Prior to founding Talentscale, Doug worked as the Director of Business Operations at Aerotek from 1997 to 2008. Doug also served as an SNCO in the USMC from 1993 to 1997.

Doug Poldrugo attended Arlington High School from 1989 to 1990 and Los Gatos High School from 1990 to 1991. Doug does not have any additional certifications but is self-certifying for the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
