Madeline Carr

Non Executive Director at Talion

Madeline Carr is a Professor of Global Politics and Cybersecurity at UCL, a position they have held since 2019. Madeline is also the Director of the Research Institute for Sociotechnical Cyber Security (RISCS), a Non Executive Director of Talion, and a Visiting Professor at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. From 2017-2018, they were an Associate Professor of International Relations and Cyber Security at UCL Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy. From 2016-2017, they were a Reader in International Relations and Senior Lecturer in International Relations at Cardiff University. From 2012-2016, they were a Senior Lecturer in International Politics and the Cyber Dimension at International Politics, Aberystwyth University. From 2012-2006, they were a Lecturer at the Australian National University and a PhD Candidate from 2006-2002. Madeline also held the position of Director at Fearless Media from 2002-2006.

Madeline Carr obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Relations from The Australian National University between 2006 and 2011.
