Kathy Krucek

Kathy Krucek is an accomplished professional in product management with significant experience in leading roles at prominent companies. Since April 2019, Kathy has served as Vice President of Product Management at Talkdesk, following a position as Sr. Director of Product Management. Prior to this, Kathy held the role of Director of Product Management at NICE inContact from March 2015 to April 2019. Kathy’s career began with a focus on product management at bswift, where Kathy worked as a Sr. Product Manager from November 2011 to March 2015, and at Aspect Software, Inc. as a Product Manager from March 2006 to November 2011. Kathy's early experience includes a role as Project Manager at SophistiCom Technologies. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
