Kurt Seiberling

Kurt Seiberling is a seasoned technical account manager with extensive experience in customer service and technical solutions management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Talkdesk since October 2025, Kurt previously held the role of Technical Account Manager at Medallia from January 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities expanded following Medallia's acquisition of Mindful. Prior to that, Kurt was with Mindful for nearly 17 years, starting as a Customer Care Team Member and advancing to roles including Manager of Client Support, Manager of Infrastructure and Field Validation, Director of Product Education, and finally Technical Account Manager, where Kurt specialized in delivering the Mindful Callback Contact Center Solution. Earlier experience includes a decade at OfficeMax as a Customer Service Representative. Kurt's education includes coursework at the University of Akron in Homeland Security and related fields.
