Mowbray's career also features positions at WorkForce Software, BAE Systems, and Kronos, focusing on proposal development and management, staff training, and compliance in high-stakes environments. Educational achievements include certifications from the American Payroll Association and APMP, alongside several specialized certificates and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
