Ryan Ross

Ryan Ross currently serves as the Vice President of Public Sector at Talkdesk, leading the Regulated Industries/Public Sector team, which includes Federal, State and Local Governments, Utilities, and Higher Education customers, since October 2023. Previously, Ryan Ross held various leadership positions at T-Metrics, Inc. from June 2007 to October 2023, including Vice President of Sales and Director of DoD Sales, where Ryan Ross spearheaded initiatives for the Department of Defense. Prior experience includes work as a Telecommunication Engineer at Karta Technologies, collaborating with the Surgeon General's Office and DoD vendors, and serving in the United States Air Force in a role focused on training technicians for a large-scale digital telephone switch system.
