Jill Cusick

Jill Cusick has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Jill currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Talkiatry since 2022. Previously, they served as a Member at Chief in 2019. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, initially as the Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development, and later as the Director of Talent & Organizational Development. During their time at NBCUniversal, they implemented various initiatives such as employee engagement programs, change management campaigns, and talent calibration processes. Prior to NBCUniversal, Jill worked as the Director of HR Business Partner at UM Worldwide in 2015 and at Digitas North America from 2010 to 2015, where they managed HR operations, developed leadership programs, and implemented retention solutions. Jill also worked as a Technology Recruiter at Warner Music Group in 2010 and as a Full-time Graduate Student and graduate-level talent management intern at New York University from 2009 to 2010. Jill started their career as a Copywriter in various digital advertising and branding agencies from 1998 to 2008.

Jill Cusick holds a Master's degree in HR Management & Organizational Development from New York University. Jill also earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from The George Washington University. Jill has additional certifications in DISC and Executive Coaching, the latter of which was obtained from New York University.
