Maria Nazarova

Maria is passionate about empowering youth in their education and believes that family engagement is a huge stepping stone towards doing just that. Moving to the US from Russia with her family as a young child, she was aware of the role she had to play as an interpreter between her family and teachers.

She is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a BA in Cognitive Science, as well as a BA in Portuguese Language and Literature. As a Technical Partner Success Associate, she is able to use her interest in youth empowerment and education to help bring more access to schools and districts looking to break down the language barriers between them and the families they support.
