Bethany Herl

Bethany Herl is a seasoned sensory scientist currently employed at Talking Rain Beverage Company® since December 2021, where responsibilities include leading sensory training for product development and designing consumer research studies totaling $500,000 over three years. Prior experience includes a role as a research aide at the Center for Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior, training graduate students and managing sensory projects as a graduate research assistant, as well as various internships in product development and R&D at companies such as DAIRICONCEPTS, DFA, and PepsiCo. Bethany holds a Master's degree in Sensory Science and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Product Development from Kansas State University, supplemented by international study in Food Science at Ecole d'Ingenieurs de PURPAN.
