Janine Pearce

Janine Pearce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and transformation roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Transformation at TalkTalk Business since January 2024, Janine previously held various positions at Bio, including Service Operations Manager and Lead Project Manager, where expertise in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships was demonstrated. Janine began at TalkTalk Business in 2013, progressing from Project Implementation Manager to Customer Project Manager, and has a foundational career that includes roles at Executel Ltd and Virgin Media. Educationally, Janine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from Northbrook College and a Foundation Degree in Acting from Newcastle College, alongside multiple GCSE qualifications.
