Abhinav Srivastava

Abhinav Srivastava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, digital insights, and online reputation management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at both Hootsuite and Talkwalker since July 2024 and January 2022 respectively, Abhinav specializes in onboarding, training, and consulting advisory for enterprise clients in the APAC region. Prior to this, Abhinav held the position of Business Group Head at Wavemaker, overseeing various digital initiatives and analytics for a global beauty brand. Previous roles include managing online reputation teams at Rediffusion Y&R and Mirum India, as well as positions in customer care with Three and Mphasis. Abhinav's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Advertising, complemented by diplomas in blogging, content marketing, and graphics design.
