Christie Bennett

Christie Bennett has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Christie currently serves as the Senior Vice President at TAM Residential, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior Managing Director of Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield from 2018 to 2023. At Cushman & Wakefield, they also held the roles of Senior Director of Multifamily and Vice President of Pinnacle Campus Living. In these roles, they focused on property risk oversight, revenue management, property marketing, and creating operational efficiencies.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bennett worked at LMC, a Lennar Company as the Director of Revenue Management and at Pinnacle Property Management Services as the Director of Revenue Management & Senior Operations Specialist. Christie also has experience working at Alliance Residential Company as an Operations Analyst/Regional Manager and at Greystar as an Operations Analyst. Throughout their career, they have excelled in implementing best practices, creating business intelligence dashboards, and developing and training teams.

Christie Bennett received their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Multinational Business from Florida State University - College of Business in 2004. Christie later pursued a Masters degree in Real Estate Finance Analysis from the University of North Texas, completing it in 2009.
